After 23 Designs is focused on creating stylish, colorful fabric handbags and accessories. The most popular item is our infinity scarves, made in a variety of fabrics from light weight chiffons which are great for the office to boucles for wearing with outerwear. Our goal is to produce quality merchandise that ensures 100% customer satisfaction with every purchase.
